Had a faulty lock on a cabinet and called to enquire about the process. I need to be told to send them a video. I sent them a video only to be told that the item in the video wasn’t covered when it’s part of the item that I was ordered and all parts are ordered, sent me terms and conditions to be frank is ridiculous
This company has some nice products it’s when they either are faulty or you need a spare part when the fun starts.
