This company would get less than 1 star if there is an option. I have been a professional Buyer for more than years. Adexa Direct by far is the worst Company you will come across. Pathetic customer service. They have long wait on the phone, customer service agents don't give you correct information. Rachel declined to give me her name and Ryan hanged up the phone. Their policies are even worse, damage must be reported within 24 hours which not practical, If you want to return you will need to pay return carriage plus 25% restocking. So on order of £1000, you lose £250 plus any carriage. Pathetic company. I don't know how they are operating.
