I had to provide video evidence proving it doesn't work, it's been 2 weeks now since it arrived faulty no one taking ownership or apologising for sending out faulty items, or even trying to help solve this, I am just being ghosted!
I have had to buy elsewhere to get one for a busy weekend ahead. Disgraceful then you see the court cases on line with them and realise they don't care about good customer service!!
