The worst customer service you will find, long story short, items arrived damaged, the company "deemed" on their own words and based on their own judgment it would not be worth replacing, but offering a partial refund or credit, so far I haven't received neither, a foot cap was missing in on of the chairs which they responded with a page long email with terms and conditions about missing items and damage items, and how they are not reliable for if it's not reported within 24h (WHICH WE DID by the way) but none the less, a missing cap, a piece of plastic that they missed and could easily post, but no, at this point we just want a refund and not have to deal with this company. Also their average time to respond is 2 days (but that is if you constanly enter the chat to ask for updates
