Absolutely awful to return. Worst sales team. Not bothered about client just getting the money n.sakes from.you. Spent thousands with this company. Silly didn't read reviews first. Wanted to return 1 item because it was nit for use in my shop coffee machine sold as commercial. Opened it and not for use in anywhere but your house . To return theh take 25% off the profit they sell it you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
