Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. Coffee machine was faulty and stopped pulling milk through after around 6 weeks of low use. Approx. 6 weeks of back and forth with customer service to say they will take it back at my expense but only to get it inspected by engineers before issuing a voucher for an alternative. Its a good job we dont have a high trade for coffee otherwise we would be alot of income down - Most companies would send an replacement or refund but not these guys. I thought this was a safer purchase than using amazon or ebay but it seems even third party sellers are more helpful and more supportive than Adexa
