I had the worst ever experience with this seller.Ordered over 2k worth items. Only part of the order arrived, some items were damaged. The quality was subpar.
To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone, but no one responded. When I finally got a reply, it was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to process a refund for the damage items and pay back money for the items that they had never been sent.
This seller clearly doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of their products. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
