I purchased a glasswasher in August. The overheat stat had cut out 4 times since August. I have had over 30 years of experience repairing machines so I knew the overheat stat was faulty. I rang Adexa service and I was on hold for over 60 mins until I spoke to anyone. i was told to take a photo of the part, a photo of the serial number plate and a report from a qualified engineer. Having over 30 years of experience I wrote a report on my companies official job sheet. Two weeks later I get a response from the service department requesting the information I had previously sent. This level of customer service is totally unacceptable and the customer I sold the machine to was left without a working machine for over 2 weeks. I will not be purchasing any more equipment from this company.
