Very very bad customer service, first of all they don't consider customer a "customer first"policy they only consider adexa made policy first.
Rachel and Alex very bad service,
She will argue with you just to prove you wrong ,even though she agreed that they made mistake and they have sent wrong items , but they can't take them back and I have to order it again and and she was credit for £ 22 even though item which I ordered and came wrong that is around £ 152
What a joke Rachel is
Never buy again
Other company like Nisbet and cater they are lot cheaper and best customer service
