Bought a commercial water boiler 7 weeks ago. Walked into our kitchen to a sickly burning smell and piping hot water jetting out vertically from the relief valve. All in all, very dangerous! Adexa customer service expect ME to pay for an engineer to diagnose then if approved return to repair the appliance! If will cost less to bin if and buy a new one, NOT FROM this company though. We had another water boiler from them which lasted just over a year before it broke. My advice is to check warranty ts and cs before you purchase anything from these!
