I ordered three shelving/storage units from Adexa Direct. After six weeks, one of the three units remains undelivered.
Whilst the non delivery is unacceptable it is their non existent customer service which is the infuriating part. It is the worse service I have ever come across. I can never get through on the telephone despite waiting in a queue for hours, they don't reply to e-mails or their online contact forms - an utter shambles of a company.
NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
