I waited over a month for my order, but it never arrived. When I requested a full refund, they refused and instead charged me a 25% carrier fee — even though the fridges were never delivered! They deducted £311 from my order, and I still have no fridges.
The whole experience has been appalling. I spent 3 hours on hold trying to reach customer service and still couldn’t get through. Their service is absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
