I ordered a Freezer from their website. The Freezer arrived to my house completely damaged on one side. a very large dent all along the side of the freezer. When calling the company up immediately to complain they offered the following:
OPTION 1: Keep it and have £70 returned.
OPTION 2: 25% charging me as they are returning it back into their warehouse AND I need to arrange a courier to collect the item and send it back to Wales (I am in London).
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and they will not take ANY form of blame. I would be ok to return and be refunded and buy it elsewhere but the item was DAMAGED totally on delivery.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!
