Do not buy from this company. I was sold a locking filing cabinet that doesn’t lock. I have spent weeks calling a number that’s never answered. I spoke to the sales team who were aware that the calls are not answered. I sent several emails, only two were answered and they responded with utter nonsense which completely disregarded the complaint reason that I had stated. The product is faulty and they simply don’t respond. I am not someone to complain or write bad reviews but this is the worst company with the worst products and company care that I have ever encountered. They are clearly aware of their shortcomings because they don’t answer the phone and the automated message says not to contact the sales team, clearly people get so exasperated that they try to speak to any department that will answer.
I have followed up the last email that I sent that wasn’t answered, I’m still waiting for a reply. The directors and employees should be utterly ashamed of themselves. It’s not hard to do this well.
