Adexa is an absolutely awful online company. DO NOT TRUST THEM. We are a Church and a charity and the commercial fridge we purchased to support our project with a homeless shelter arrived with two major faults. Firstly the door was broken and would not open correctly; also it had been very badly damaged, possibly in transport.
Adexa customer support is terrible. Probably the worst I have ever experienced. They are rude and unhelpful so don’t expect a solution. The severe damaged to the fridge was deemed to be our responsibility and neither would they except any responsibility for the fridge door being faulty.
They would NOT send an engineer to inspect the commercial fridge but suggested we could pay them an extra fee of £130 for them to arrange for it to be collected and taken somewhere for an inspection but with NO GUARANTEE of Adexa taking any responsibility.
Given the rotten customer service I do NOT TRUST THEM to offer us a solution. I think the extra £130 fee is a way for them to get extra money from you. BEWARE FAULTY GOODS ON SALE.
