Shocking service. I bought 2 microwaves and the handles came off both after 3 weeks, they told me they could only guarantee the items for 10 days and If I wanted to take it further I would have to pay for an engineer to look at the microwaves. I don't need an engineer to tell me the handles have fell off. The DO NOT answer their phone and are just scam artists. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
