Adexa, are very poor at dealing with a problems should one arise. You cannot speak with anyone of the phone, everthing is via e-mail and very little common sense is used when dealing with a problem. Would recommend that you source your product elsewhere....they take no ownership in sorting our a problem, and start quoting your their terms and conditions. We had to trace the MD details via Company's House, speak with Trading Standards, send letters via recorded delivery,and even then the problem was not resolved. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE AND SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS WAS AN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE (AND THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE WITH MUCH BETTER COMMUNICATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE)
