We purchased a ice machine that is faulty and leaks water all over the floor as soon as we turned it on. Emailed Adexa and we have been told they will not replace this product but will send out parts to repair. Only problem is we have to pay for the engineer to come and take a look, then pay for the repair.
If only i would have read the reviews below prior to ordering from this company.
