DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE GOODS. I bought a stainless steel racking unit, it arrived in a damaged box mid August, the courier freely admitted it had been damaged in transit, and duly took photos of the damaged packaging, I signed for it as not checked/unopened/courier photos available. When the box was opened, the whole racking was damaged, bent, and clearly unable to be used. I rang Adexa, to be told to lodge my issue by email, with full photos of the damage, and they would respond. Seven weeks later they finally responded as follows:
