The customer service is awful. I placed an order late on the 5th and tried to cancel this morning (14 odd hours later) due to reading the reviews on here.
Avoid this company at all costs. They claim an order is "dispatched" once they process it to the warehouse so you can't cancel an order without incurring a 25% fee. I will be going to trading standards regarding this.
