Appalling service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Having bought a potato rumbler, it eventually arrived with ONE man in a van without a tail lift. He asked me to help lift it off the van - I am a small 60 year old woman!
It got thrown around and dropped (all on CCTV). When I opened the crate the electrical cable was severed, Adexa have been absolutely NO help in putting this right. They don'st answer calls and deny speaking to you. I have had the appliance for six months now with no resolution.
