Ordered a stainless steel sink and drainer, stainless steel cupboards and under counter fridge from Adexa. Then I read the reviews and thought "what have I done"? Not much I could do but wait... 10 days later I have received the goods, all in perfect order and all for a great price including VAT and delivery. I cannot fault the experience. It's true that I tried calling Adexa to check goods had been dispatched, and it's true that often no-one answers the phone, but I did get through on thrid or fourth attempt and the lady I spoke to was entirely polite and professional. I now have confidence in Adexa, and have ordered a catering spec. freezer from them, for approx. half the price of a smaller, inferior domestic spec. one. I think the customers who have a positive experience take it for granted and don;t bother leaving reviews, leading to the one sided impression you get from the review sites.
