Adidas customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. They replied to my email almost right away when I wanted info on my shipment tracking. I ordered a pair of Grand Courts and they came to me within a week. They were in mint condition and surprisingly, so was the box. Buying from them is so easy cause the staff is so accessible and friendly.
