I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in Dec 22. Received them late Jan 23. Returned 2 pair of shoes the next day I got them. It's now end of March, and I haven't received a refund! Absolutely horrible customer service. They say they will process the refund within the next 5 business days but they never do. Avoid ordering directly from the Adidas at all cost!
