By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased shoes last week and they were delivered Monday and were completely the wrong order. Wrong shoe, wrong size. They were needed for a present this weekend and I ordered well in time. I contact adidas and they are making me return the shoes, wait for a refund and THEN they want me to repurchase the SALE item and wait AGAIN for the shoes. 1. it was a warehouse error NOT MY ERROR so why do I need to go through the refund process when I didn't make the mistake. 2. They will NOT rectify the error, contact me back, reply to messages, reply to emails, answer phone calls. They are completely ignoring the problem. 3. I paid with a voucher and I do not want to repurchase the item while I wait for the refund to be processed and then be refunded with another voucher, the whole purpose was to USE THE VOUCHER. I will never ever buy online again this is absurd customer service for a billion dollar company.
