This is by far the worst customer service i have ever had from any retailer / businesses. Have spent several hours over many calls in under a week with this company. Promised multiple call backs and not one made. Even took this to the Executive Team and no help from there. 40 years of buying this brand have come to an end. You don't get this with Nike.
