A True Star at adidas — Takeyah Deserves a Promotion! I want to take a moment to recognize Takeyah at the Michigan City adidas store. Her service was absolutely phenomenal. In a time when it’s easy to feel like just another customer, she made me feel heard, valued, and supported. Takeyah went above and beyond to help resolve a frustrating situation — not only was she patient and kind, but she also followed through in a way that restored my confidence in adidas as a brand. This wasn’t just good service; this was exceptional leadership. In contrast to some of the poor treatment I experienced at the Aurora location from Josh and Selma (who could truly benefit from training under Takeyah’s example), her grace and professionalism stood out even more. She turned a negative into a positive and showed what true customer care looks like. This is the kind of employee who builds lifelong loyalty and reflects the very best of the adidas brand.
