Really bad and honestly disgusting! I returned a piece of clothing within 24h from receipt all with labels and tags on but adidas rejected a refund claiming the item was dirty. They sent the item back to me but I see no dirt on it and want to send it back. I was advised by customer service not to even attempt it as the garment will be returned back to me. I have never experienced such poor behaviour - they didn’t even have any evidence to support their assessment. I never thought I would be left with such a hole in my finances now and this is a lesson never to buy on their website again!
