Their website is slow and stops working most of the time. I’m surprised how a billion dollar company is still operating like this. They sent me a wrong size and made me go to fedex to return. After returning they instead offered me a coupon. So I purchased something from that coupon and then they cancelled the order and sent me another coupon I paid $18 and they sent $10 coupon back. I’ve never been so frustrated by a company before. I gave up and tried to use the $10 coupon and it doesn’t work. Seriously wtf I hope they lose business soon if they treat customers like this
