The company is incapable of processing refunds or they simply don't issue refunds until contacted. The customer service staff are very confused. They confirmed a refund was issued but when I asked for the date of the refund the date they gave me was a week before I had returned the item? They are so confused and provide misleading information without actually helping with the issue. The problem is still unresolved after so much time wasted with their customer service, will never order again!
