I made a purchase from your store on Tik tok and the experience has left a sour taste in the mouth. First there was NO way of knowing I was going to be charged 2nd there is NO proof that I paid for my items except my credit card statement and 3rd I was charged for shipping and it was supposed to be free. Your service and business practice leaves much to be desired and I will be posting on TikToc negative reviews every time and everywhere I see your product advertisement
