I tried ordering one knee brace and all of a sudden, there was an additional $59.70 charge on top of the one brace for $33.14. I tried to change the order right away. I called and was disconnected 3 times. Order couldn't be changed, it was already being processed??? The I emailed and got a response that they want to accommodate all customers but I have still gotten instructions on how to return the items. There was no packing slip or receipt in package. Big scam to add unwanted items to the order. And so disappointed. The brace kept sliding down my husband's leg. No relief whatsoever!!
