I was left on hold to get through to the cancellation department. I then redialled again and spoke to the payment department that answered straight away. . I spoke to Hlamulo that said she will not leave me, but will speak with a colleague in the canx department and stressed Weill not leave me. SHE DID. Again I aimlessly just held to no avail..!!!! Totally disgusting. I will make sure I let everyone know this is happening
