Very disappointed with deceptive practices. One of the products was only bought due to having nothing but 5 star reviews. I returned later to leave a review for how bad it was (Which was never approved). I discovered all the negative reviews were hidden by default. I felt a bit ripped off. If I had seen these I would have cancelled that item. I ordered 2 of another product which was again pretty useless. Due to your "easy returns" policy of not actually allowing returns of any products the 2nd brand new, unopened product has gone in the trash. Again that review was not actually approved. I would not recommend to anyone else. I wont be returning to purchase again.
