Great service, my product arrived within 2 days. The product was faulty so contacted the company to which they responded within a couple of hours. They requested video proof of the fault and then accepted that the item did not work . They are in the process of replacing the product without me having to return it, (optional- if returned they offered a credit for return charges; refund or a store credit for another purchase). Good company with great service!
