I needed to change my order details literally 5 minutes after my purchase, tried calling them, live chatting, emailing them, no response. Terrible communication but amazing fast postage. I highly suggest paying the extra $5 and getting your parcel that night if bought before certain time, otherwise you will be waiting just under a week for express.
