First time purchasing online. Happy with the product, service and time frame for delivery. NZ Post lost my parcel, giving it to a incorrect address even with signing. ATMS were great at following up with a quick response for helping track down my lost item. Got it in the end. NZ post retrieved my misplaced item and got it to me that same day of delivery. Would recommend the $2 tracking and signature sign for collection 👍
