I recently purchased some product's from this site,although the product's were dispatched in a reasonably good time frame.,i did frustrating that i did not receive a reply to my e-mail directed to customer service dept.The good did take some time to arrive,due to the backlog of parcel's bank-up at nzpost,the track and trace method did not work well at all under the pressure of nzpost high volume demand.,there was a gap of 4 day's from the day my goods got picked-up by the courier (friday) to when the goods were finally scanned/& dispatched from nzpost sorting depot (tuesday).But however the goods were delivered by a very nice courier driver who i'm sure work's very well and does a good job under pressure.So all-in-all i'm happy now i have my parcel's.And now it's play time!.
