You have a very good range of products, the delivery time was exactly as stated. The prices seem okay and if anything they are less than other stores My only complaint is after receiving a faulty non-working item, I reported it and expected a very quick resolution. Only after making a video showing the item not working did I get a refund ! Don't you believe your customers these days ? and all this took 7 days to clear up. You need to look at how some of your competitors work on replacements or refunds, they clear things up in an hour or less and everyone is happy
