As you are in a non-metro area, shipping was advertised to you as 4-8 business days, plus an additional up to 3 day delay. This was outlined in the cart, with the further 3 day delay being highlighted in bold red, and the 4-8 business days being stated on the shipping option you selected in order to proceed through checkout. I have looked into the tracking of your order and found that it was delivered on the 11th business day, which fell within the promised 7-11 business day economy shipping. We will be sure to take this review on board for consideration in how we communicate our delivery times, to avoid disappointment in the future.
