“The website is an Australian site but the warehouse is in NZ. That means the content of the box has to be written on the outside as it comes through customs. There are 5 business days advertised but it’s more like 10. So if you don’t mind having your name and address associated with the content, knock yourself out. Go for it. However if you’re looking for discretion, I’d probably shop elsewhere.”

“Product was ok, the poor communication from customer service around delivery and the delivery timeframes that are posted on the website are misleading or unclear. It says 2-4 business days, was more like 8-10. We missed an event that these items were for, due to this.
Unfortunately very unsatisfied not sure I would order from here again.

“I recently purchased the Late Night Pleasure Kit. The large plug in this set was advertised as having a girth of 8.9 inch. To my great disappointment the product I received was more like 6 inches.”

“NO notice of tracking details and NO details at all of my SECOND order. Delivery of TWO Satisfyer devicers. only ONE ordered, I would Not of ordered IF it was stated that it could NOT be recharged.
