As you are in a non-metro area, shipping was advertised to you as 4-8 business days, plus an additional up to 3 day delay. This was outlined in the cart, with the further 3 day delay being highlighted in bold red, and the 4-8 business days being stated on the shipping option you selected in order to proceed through checkout. I have looked into the tracking of your order and found that it was delivered on the 11th business day, which fell within the promised 7-11 business day economy shipping. We will be sure to take this review on board for consideration in how we communicate our delivery times, to avoid disappointment in the future. “I haven't received my order, its been returned to sender due to an incorrect address. When I contacted customers service, they told me I entered my own address in wrong. I know for a fact I didn't. Now I'm being offered a refund less of 30% or redelivery for another shipment fee!

We do not edit customer addresses unless a customer requests it; in this case the order was submitted without a unit number, which is why it wasn't able to be delivered.

“I ordered and paid 15 days ago and not yet received my order while the website states delivery in 2-4 busness days! I have spent so much time in email exchanges it is unacceptable customer service. What do I get? an apology. My other adult store purchases have arrived within 4 days, very reliable. This cannot be said of Adulttoymegastore, I have been informed it will take several more business days to resolve while they contact their courier networks. No compensatin offered! “The product was described as one thing next to the main picture of what it looked like, it also had particular dimensions written in that description. On recieving the product, it was not what it was advertised to be. It was advertised as a vibrator, with dimensions of 12cm by 3.5cm, but when I recieved the item, it was only about 4.7cm by 2.6cm and was definately NOT a vibrator but a ball inside a shape.”
