Hey there, thanks for your review! I can see that you sent us an email on 19/12/2022 and we replied on 21/12/2022 and that is the only communication we have on record between us. A lot of the time our emails get sorted directly into people's spam folders due to our company name - so it's very easy to miss our emails. I hope this has cleared things up! 😊

Hiya! Thanks for leaving us a review. I can see that you sent us an email on 15/12/2022 about returning the wrong coloured item you received! We replied on the 20/12/2022 asking for a photo of what you were sent and didn't receive a reply - no worries though! This is usually because of our company name including "adult toy", so emails automatically get sorted into spam folders. So sorry this has happened to you! :)

Products come in a packaging that's not sealed, looks dirty and dusty. Highly doubtful of hygiene, not sure if I should use it even after washing. Feels soft but smells like terrible plastic.

Most likely the worst sex toy I have purchased, it offered little stimulation to my partner, once started it could not be turned off unless it was plugged into a charger, the button which governed vibration and suction worked sporadically. Complete waste of money and time.

We emailed with your tracking - please always double check spam as it can end up there. Happy to see it has now arrived. Apologies the courier was a little longer than usual!

I ordered from another company on the same day as I placed my order with you. I received their order 4 days ago. Yet nothing from you to indicate that you have even received my order. What's happening?? I'm unable to answer any of your following enquiries as I don't even know if the product is in transit!!

Very very poor delivery service. 2 weeks and still not arrived. Repeated messages from DHL, Auspost and now a courier service all requesting the address which was put in when we ordered. Really disappointed that this was supposed to take 2-3 days. This is to painful to order anything from these guys again.

customer service is terrible doesn't check emails much, wait time is over 24hrs or more just to have 1 question answered and when i get email reply back sometimes its rude answer seems the staff don't make an effort to reply back to customers and when the staff does its rude , and no apologies no explanation for late reply seems theres no compassion actually. so terrible service need more staff on to check emails on daily basis if possible

Don’t buy if you think your delivery is coming from Australia. No idea what the story is, but the items came from NZ and took well over a week (including customs clearance etc). I did not expect this nor did I have any indication that a business operating a .com.au domain would ship from or operate in another country. Caveat emptor.

Shipping well in excess of what was quoted. It's been two weeks and it's still in customs in Sydney. I didn't read the fine print saying it was coming from NZ.

Terrible. Toy stinks heavily of chemical. Contacted customer service they said its normal , i bought another one from another retailer after and its fine . Avoid if you can at all costs , waste of money .

i've used this like 3 times since buying and its already broken. faulty wire, if you don't hold it perfectly still it turns off. waste of money.

So sorry if your parcel was stolen! We recommend to select "signature required" if you will not be home for delivery or if there is not a safe place to leave the parcel.
