“customer service is terrible doesn't check emails much, wait time is over 24hrs or more just to have 1 question answered and when i get email reply back sometimes its rude answer seems the staff don't make an effort to reply back to customers and when the staff does its rude , and no apologies no explanation for late reply seems theres no compassion actually. so terrible service need more staff on to check emails on daily basis if possible”

I did not expect this nor did I have any indication that a business operating a .com.au domain would ship from or operate in another country. Caveat emptor.”
