The product quality was terribly all around. Tracking was ridiculous, lost entire day waiting for it to only arrive the next day. Will not use this site again.

I was very happy with the delivery time, but received the wrong product, very disappointing customer support,they asked for a picture of what I received, I sent a picture of what I ordered and the different product numbers but they tell me that it’s the same product? Very disappointed.

Placed an order with ATMS paying additional for Express Post and Handling. An expectation of 2-3 days delivery, including Covid-19 delays, as per the ATMS website. Two weeks on, the order has not arrived. Follow up phone calls not returned. Very slow to reply to emails. Unsatisfactory outcome of emails. Extremely unlikely to ever deal with ATMS again.

Disappointed. Plastic was already coming away from the base,it looks like it hadn't adhered in the making if it, but couldn't return as already tried it out. Very noisey as well. Woukd not recommend.

it was a gift for my boyfriend, but Satisfyer's size is very small and he can’t use it :(

My order came from NZ? The site describes itself as Adulttoymegastore.com.AU and on the states at the bottom "Currency: $ AUD Location: Australia". Thus delivery slow and the transaction went through as International (ABL WELLINGTON) so my bank charged me a fee. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Don't expect any contact if you have an issue. Phone always goes to answering machine and they never contact you. All emails not replied to. No customer service.

I do not like the toy For the money it is difficult to find the on off button and it has very little vibration. I would really like to return it and exchamge it for something easier to use and with more vibration. Your service however was very good and I received it very quickly. I however do not think it was worth the money and I am disappointed in the product.
