Please use Australia Post, to drive out to your couriers depot was a whole deal. Won’t but again because of this.

Due to the COVID-19 situation currently, there have been logistical delays between countries and as our warehouse is located in NZ, transit has been held up due to this external factor. Ordered a package paying more to be delivered via express post. Nearly 2 weeks later I email asking where is the package and the lady replies back say it should of been delivered a week ago. There was also a link and in that link it showed the delivery was made to NZ. I live in Australia QLD. I explained this to her and gave my address to confirm and asked for a refund of my money. She then send another email with a new link saying that is on its way and is expected to be there in a couple of days...to my address (in the link)...so I’m like wait, so you did send it to the wrong address and now just reposted another one. I want a refund of my express postage please. She emailed saying no it was originally posted near 2 weeks ago however due to the virus there has been delays and she wanted to give me $4 off my next package ordered. I’ve had many things delivered and on time, not to mention my best mate work in freight delivery and there is NO delays. Liar and I’m insulted by the $4. Seriously worst customer service, and - I still haven’t got the dam package! Rant over.

They said they would deliver to Parcel locker but even tho I enter the exact locker info they left it off the parcel..!! so It wasn't delivered and ended up being a stuff around to get the parcel...!!!

I wasn't happy with my purchase. On the website it advertised that the toy cleaner was "antibacterial" yet on the bottles delivered it mentioned nothing about the toy cleaners being "antibacterial". Plus the adult toy I purchased didn't work once I installed the batteries so I threw the whole purchase out as I don't have the time and/or energy to spend time on the phone or write letters or go to the post office to send all these products back to your company. So I lost all my money on this purchase. In other words, I am very unhappy with the purchase from your store!

I paid extra for overnight express and discreet packaging. It did not come overnight and the label on the outside had Your company name on it, and it said no batteries included. Just what l didn’t want living in a small country town.😡
