We do our best to make it clear when advertising these promotions that the free products are "promotional samples", meaning the product works exactly the same as a full priced version, but comes in basic packaging and may say "sample" on it. “Very confusing to see multiple discounts and small "free" items, only to have to pick one single option/code - the oddest one was "Free delivery over X amount" being not available because I used a different discount.”

“Share satisfaction packets of lube burst all over my order. I did not order these packets and no effort was put into actually packaging them safely in either of my orders, a “gift freebie” I assume. It’s blatantly obvious you have some type of deal with SS but stop shoving these in peoples orders. Otherwise arrived in a timely fashion.”

“They're fine. Orders come from NZ not AU as the url would imply, and their "loyalty dollars" expire so are mostly useless unless you're rich enough to order often enough to use them before they expire, in which case you probably don't need them. Would be nice to be able to save them up for a while, especially since they can't be used alongside offers.
Also, orders consistently arrive damaged and look to have been damaged before shipping so not sure what exactly is going on in their warehouse, it's as bad as Zing. Luckily it's only crushed boxes and the items are intact but still not ideal (especially when the item has a hygiene seal, but the box was crushed so the seal was moot).”
