My only complaint is after receiving a faulty non-working item, I reported it and expected a very quick resolution. Only after making a video showing the item not working did I get a refund ! Don't you believe your customers these days ? and all this took 7 days to clear up.
You need to look at how some of your competitors work on replacements or refunds, they clear things up in an hour or less and everyone is happy”

We deeply appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration, our policy for faulty products is listed on our site and is just a simple procedure that involves a short clip of the product not working and then we will rectify the issue for you as soon as we can! We require this proof of fault to be able to process a warranty claim with the supplier, it is cheaper, faster and more sustainable to request a video and then request the product returned so we can test the product. We always strive to provide the best service and we apologise you do not feel that we achieved this.

Discretion is super important to our customers and us - the only details available on our parcels are the recipient details (name and address), with no branding or details of what's inside.

“Delivery was late, communication was once to notify of delay, then once to notify of the tracking number. However, the tracking number wasn’t active for about 4 days.
I get it is hard to tell some times, but your email could have been clearer that it might takes days more yet before the item is travelling.
The product is working and adequate”

“Prompt customer service reply but it would have been good to know it was being shipped from NZ as it would have influenced my decision of where to buy from.
The toy was a bit of a fail - just too much going on and also took some manouvering to get it right. Would be easier to go with a basic toy and just add on.”
