“I ordered and paid 15 days ago and not yet received my order while the website states delivery in 2-4 busness days! I have spent so much time in email exchanges it is unacceptable customer service. What do I get? an apology. My other adult store purchases have arrived within 4 days, very reliable. This cannot be said of Adulttoymegastore, I have been informed it will take several more business days to resolve while they contact their courier networks. No compensatin offered! Please cancel and refund my order I no longer wish to deal with your service, you have taken up way too mjuch of my time which you appear to have very little respect for.”

“I wasn’t thrilled that the sample came with sample written all over it as I was going to gift it to someone. And the toy I got kind of hurts and wasn’t really suitable for me”

Hey there, thanks for the review! I can see you received a free sample product as part of a recent promotion. We do our best to make it clear when advertising these promotions that the free products are "promotional samples", meaning the product works exactly the same as a full priced version, but comes in basic packaging and may say "sample" on it. We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board to consider how we can better communicate these details to our customers in future.

“Very confusing to see multiple discounts and small "free" items, only to have to pick one single option/code - the oddest one was "Free delivery over X amount" being not available because I used a different discount.”

We love being able to provide low prices on great brands, but because we already have the sharpest prices on the market, we can then only offer one additional promotion on top of sales pricing, in order to keep things sustainable as a business. “The service and value for money at Adult Toy Mega Store is always excellent. We've been customers for a few years and have always found the service very prompt and helpful.
