I had an issue with my purchase in that it wasn't sealed and had a battery issue. I wrote an email to ATMS and they responded promptly, were super helpful in working through my concerns and are sending me a replacement. I'm very impressed with the customer service. I read the reviews prior to buying and feedback regarding their diligence with customer service is a huge reason as to why I bought from them. Would buy from them again 👍🏽
